Practice based Evidence in Nutrition (PEN) finds, reviews and makes recommendations on the research for you – collating this all in one online database making it easy for you, and your students/members to access. Attend our FREE workshop to learn how you and your students/members can benefits from the PEN system by: Providing a live demonstration of the PEN database which will enable you to see the many resources we have to support teaching and practice. These include topics on: research methods; outcomes; media skills; counselling strategies and many more. These resources can be used to help facilitate session you already provide. We have many training materials to support with this such as a ‘guide to being a PEN reviewer’ Providing you with the knowledge needed to showcase to your students/members the vast knowledge pathways on PEN Getting involved with PEN will show your students/members your commitment to evidence-based practice and their professional development. Join a diverse range of experts — including farmers, scientists, dietitians and more — for an interactive day of hands-on experience at the ForwardFarm. Learn some basic principles of modern agriculture and what it all means for the dietitians of today and tomorrow.
