Dear session manager
We herewith inform you about the set-up of the parallel sessions taking place during the EFAD Conference 2017.
The sessions take place in the main conference room (Rotterdam Hall) or one of the break-out rooms (Mees Auditorium, Room Penn of Room Van Leeuwen). You can make use of beamer and screen in each room. Speakers can connect their own laptop during their presentation. In case no laptop is available, please contact us and we will find a solution. The standard set-up of the room is theatre style. Would you like change this, the please contact us.
As a session manager, you can divide six EFAD Conference day tickets over the speakers and chairmen. Depending on the number of speakers and chairmen and their wish to attend the conference on the day that hey are not speaking, it might look like this:
- Four speakers and two chairmen on Saturday (4 +2 = 6), or:
- Three speakers attending the full conference on Friday and Saturday (3 x 2 = 6), or:
- One speaker attending the full conference, three speakers on Saturday and one chairman on Saturday (1 x 2 + 4 x 1 = 6).
We assume the sessions are cost neutral. In case additional costs can not be avoided, then please contact us first to discuss any external expenses.
