General Meeting

The General Meeting takes place Thursday September 28th, prior to the EFAD Conference 2017.

Dear Chairmen and Presidents of the EFAD Member Associations & Dear Delegates,

It is with pleasure that I write on behalf of the Executive Committee with details of the forthcoming 28th General Meeting of EFAD, that takes place on Thursday 28th September 2017 from 09.00 to 17.00 hrs at World Trade Center Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

The 28th General Meeting will be in two parts: a business meeting in the morning and non-business/workshops sessions in the afternoon. Attendance of the Business Meeting (09.00 – 12.30 hrs) will be strictly limited to a maximum of two delegates from each Full Member Association. Attendance of the afternoon session is open to two delegates from each Full, Affiliate and Education Associate member, plus the leads of the ESDNs and ENDietS.

Speed Date

The “Speed Date will enable all EFAD Member Associations and Higher Education Institutes the opportunity to present themselves to and meet other EFAD members. A table in the exhibition  area will be at your disposal. If you are interested in presenting your organisation, then please click here.

Delegates’ Dinner

Hotel New York

The Delegates’ dinner takes place at the famous Hotel New York. The Hotel New York is situated 2.5 km from the World Trade Centre. It is a pleasant, easy 30 minute walk, so a great exercise opportunity! 🙂

If you would like to attent the dinner, then please tick the box during the online registration. The fee is € 49 for a three-course dinner (you can select your preferred dish for each course).
