California Prune Board – Bursary Program

California Prune Board Bursary Award Opportunity for Dietitians from Poland to attend EFAD 2017 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands

The 10th EFAD theme is ‘The Future is Now’ and the California Prune Board (CPB) have sponsored 5 free places at this prestigious event in the Dietetic calendar to encourage Polish Dietitians to join the growing network of European Dietitians who are breaking new ground, setting plans for the future of the profession and sharing the most up to date research news.

All you need do is either submit an abstract for EFAD (deadline 21st of August); or write in no more than 300 words how you would benefit from attending EFAD and what you would do following the event to utilise the information you learn during the 2-day conference programme.

Applicants are required to provide details of their qualifications and memberships along with their entry. All entries will be judged by qualified dietitians from EFAD, Poland and CPB. The judge’s decision will be final. By applying for this award, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined here. Please submit your applications via email to: CPB@foodtofit.com.

If you have submitted an abstract for EFAD, but have not yet heard if it has been accepted, please provide us with your EFAD abstract application and details of its progress in the system. (Please note that the organisers of this bursary award have no connection with the EFAD abstract submission process).

Successful applicants will be notified by email and will then receive instructions on how to apply for their EFAD place. Please note if you have already prepaid for your registration or flights to attend you can still win a free place. In this case your registration would be reimbursed by EFAD and the CPB will reimburse your flight following attendance at the event.

Successful applicants will make their own travel plans to attend the EFAD conference and can submit an expenses claim form, which must be accompanied by all receipts after the event, directly to the CALIFORNIA PRUNE BOARD (EUROPE). All administrative details will be supplied to successful applicants.

With only 5 places available, do not delay – whilst a deadline for applications has not been set, all applications will be judged on their merits and awards selected on a first come, first served basis.

We look forward to welcoming you to EFAD!
